Capabilities

Everything an expense process needs, and nothing it doesn't

Advance-first accounting

Every request carries the amount borrowed. Expenses book against it, so borrowed, used and remaining are always one number apart — never reconciled by hand.

Two-stage approval

Requests route to the assigned reviewer, and anything at or above ₹2,00,000 escalates automatically to management. Requesters can reassign the reviewer until a decision lands.

Closure needs sign-off

A request cannot be closed unilaterally. The requester asks for closure, the approver verifies the spend against receipts, and only then does the record freeze.

Append-only audit trail

Created, submitted, reassigned, approved, closed — plus every expense added, edited or removed. The status you see is a projection of that log, not a field someone can overwrite.

Reports you can hand to finance

Pick any date range and export borrowed versus used, split by category, department and person, as a CSV that opens cleanly in Excel.

Built mobile-first

Designed for a phone in an airport queue and scaled up to a finance controller's monitor — the same screens, not a cut-down mobile version.

Workflow

Three steps, one trail

The same request object carries the money from sanction to settlement. Nothing is re-keyed between stages, so the numbers management signs off are the numbers the employee entered.

  1. 01

    Raise the request

Title, purpose, the advance needed, the activity window and a reviewer. Save as draft, or submit straight away.

  2. 02

    Book the spend

Add expenses as they happen — amount, category, vendor, spend window and payment mode. Edit or delete any of them while the request is open.

  3. 03

    Settle and close

Request closure with the unspent balance stated. The approver checks it against the log and closes the record for good.

Role-scoped visibility

Employees see their own requests. Reviewers see what is routed to them. Only management sees the whole company.

Separation of duties

The person who spends is never the person who approves, and closure is signed off by a second pair of eyes.

Portable records

Every table is exportable. Your finance team keeps working in the tools they already use.
